Main Responsibilities:

1. Review all the capital expenditure request (PARs) in the region and ensure they are technically sound and making business sense. Review content includes but not limited to executive summary, P&L, cash flow, volume analysis, sensitivity, ppt etc.

2. Organize and coordinate the regional and global review meeting and handle urgent capex spending request

3. Review the monthly, quarterly and annual actual+forecast of capex to ensure accuracy and consistency between PSR and Hyperion. Highlight the major discrepancy or overspending if there is any.

4. Conduct PAR trainings from time to time to plant controllers

Requirement:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or a technical related undergraduate degree.

2. Strong communication skills in Chinese and English

3. 3+ years working experience in FPA function. Experience with manufacturing environment and capex spending review/preparation is preferred

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail focused, good business sense.

5. Familiar with key concept of investment analysis - NPV, cash flow, incremental impact, etc.
