Main Job Purposes:
? Responsible for managing and maintaining ERP system, allocating users’ responsibilities, editing training manuals and training end users.

Key Accountabilities:
? Make analysis of users’ requirements and bring up with solutions. Set the system or put forward requirements for secondary development.
? Be familiar with ERP working processes and able to guarantee regular running of ERP system. Handle problems that may occur during system running. Maintain ERP processes, production procedures, supply chain processes and basic data.
? Responsible for managing user rights, business processes and requirements of the company’s users.
? Maintain database, import and export data, set up files with maintaining records.
? Backup of ERP data.
? Responsible for system implementation, training and guidance in business.

Network & Links:
? The job holder will work with the R&D members of Engineering, Design & Development and Producibility

Professional qualification and experience
Critical knowledge, skills and experiences
? University degree in Mechanical Design, Hydraulics and Computer etc..
? More than 2 years of working experiences in Mechanics, design of hydraulic products, or working experiences in ERP data management. Use ERP software well. Familiar with application of such models as ERP supply chain, production, material plan etc..
? Operate well with office and drawing software.
? Proficiently manage frequently used big database, which include regular maintain and backup of database and problem solving.
? Rather strong capabilities in problem analysis and solving.
? Certain capabilities in decision making, communication and coordination.
? Preference for those with BANN working experiences and experiences in manufacturing companies.
? Fluent in written and spoken English
