职位描述
Key responsibilities
Purchasing
? Acquire raw material, spare parts, services and technical purchase at agreed schedule and price to make sure the plant operations could be run smoothly.
? New suppliers development- Negotiate prices, terms and conditions and commit agreement by working together with sourcing manager, Asia.
? Market monitoring: Carry out a continuous analysis of the evolution of crude oil related Index , China market and innovative suppliers to find opportunities for cost saving, product improvement and innovation.
? Continue evaluating the supplier performance (yearly evaluation and supplier audits) and make recommendations for improvement.
? Manage payment to make sure payment should be done on time.
Supply Chain
? Manage and execute raw material and production planning to make sure the products are produced and deliver at the right time and quantity.
? Develop and streamline the supply chain to deliver superior service level
? Manage local warehousing department to assure movement of raw material and finished goods are correctly recorded.
? Manage 5S of the warehouse to have SKU are stored in systematic way to maximize efficiency and quality.
? Have functional contacts with other departments/ other plants to better understand the internal and external customers (e.g. taskforces, bi-weekly calls)
Product management
? Lead local Product Management team and coordinate with local quality manager to develop new products based on R&D and Key account inputs for our market.
? Manage BOM creation, product cost to KAM and accuracy of data
? Lead Product management team to ensure the product launches are within specific time schedule
Others
? Meet Departmental KPIs
? Role of Ontex China Senior Management Team
? Adhoc assignments assigned by superior
Profile and Competencies
? University degree in Economics, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain.
? Min >5 years experience in a buying position managing quite complex raw material categories
? Strong people orientation with clear interpersonal and communication skills
? Management skill of a team with 5-6 direct reports
? Clear can-do mentality, be pragmatic, process oriented and well structured
? Strong negotiating background
? Figure driven, result oriented and able to withstand pressure
? Languages: Mandarin and English is a must
? PC skills: MS Office, ERP skills (SAP, Ufida)
? Experience in Hygienic disposal industry is a plus.
