职责

l Design fixture and cutting tools for new project.新项目的夹具刀具设计；

l Formulate process documents of new project, e.g. flow chart, FEMA, control plan, etc.新项目工艺文件的制定，例如编制过程流程图、失效模式及后果分析、控制计划等；

l Arrange production procedure and machining process.新产品各阶段的工序编排及加工；

l Responsible for process and quality improvement.分管产品的工艺改进、质量改进 ；

l Analyze customer feedback, make effective improvement plan and track result.分析客户质量反馈，制定有效的改进措施，并跟踪结果

l Analyze internal quality issue, make effective improvement plan and track result.分析内部质量问题，制定有效的改进措施，并跟踪结果

l Responsible for scrap rate of parts assigned.为分管产品质量达标负责。

l Other tasks assigned by leaders. 领导安排的其他任务。

任职资格

l College degree or above, major in Machinery or related majors and fluent English. 大专及以上学历，英语熟练，机械制造专业；

l Minimum 3 years working experience in CNC Machining and Programming.从事数控加工及编程工作1年以上；

l Ability of designing fixture and cutting tools.具有夹具、刀具设计能力;

l Ability of designing machining process.具有加工工艺设计能力;

l Familiar with TS16949 Tools.熟悉TS16949五大工具；

l Good skills of AUTOCAD /PROJECT/ PRO/E / CATIA.熟练掌握CAD，熟悉一种3维软件PRO/E或者CAM。

Sensus Precision Die Casting (Yangzhou) CO., LTD. (SPDCY) was established in September 2009 as a Wholly Owned Foreign Entity, the total investment is USD30, 000,000.00. SPDCY produces and markets high quality aluminum die castings used in automotive, motorcycle, gas utility, home appliance and telecom industries.
SPDCY has 500 employees at present, including over 80 administrative and technical staff. ？The company covers an area of 730,000 square meters, including over 12,500 square meters of standard factory building. We have 24 die casting machines from 350T to 1600T imported from Japan, Italy, Switzerland and USA, 100 machining equipments including machining centers, CNC lathes, leak testers and impregnation line and imported inspection devices including spectrometer, X-ray machine, microscope, CMM etc. ？SPDCY supply products to main engine plants and first level parts suppliers, e.g. CFME, ZF, Valeo, BorgWarner, WABCO, Panasonic etc.
