Our client is Multinational Company with a large and fast growing China/Global set-up. This among others includes a 500+ people office operation team managing production, sourcing and trading of textile/garment products for various global fashion brands. The company has own factories in China/Asia and overseas offices in Europe and America.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: ？
Will introduce global quality control strategy of the production process within the company and with the partner factories ？ Responsible in leading the factories in setting up appropriate QC process controls to ensure consistent product quality on partner factories. ？
He/she should work closely with quality & production managers and Textile Merchandisers to ensure proper system, controls and test protocols are in place to assure the best quality level ？
Responsible and accountable for the effective implementation of finished goods final QC inspection process ？
Leads the factory production teams and its own QA teams in resolving production and quality issues with high emphasis on product functionality. ？
Will establish and supervise production follow up and quality KPI’s and will work with factories in improving their performances Manage teams of quality controllers in different global locations and working within timelines and production schedules ？ Frequent travel within China and globally
Qualification:
？ 10 years working experience in a fashion/garment company in either production, development and quality control.
？ Comprehensive knowledge of garment/footwear/accessories and manufacturing processes.
？ Deep technical knowledge in textile production processes and Quality Control.
？ Good verbal and written Chinese and English communication skill
？ Education: collage graduate. Textile background is beneficial
