职位描述

Our Client is an European fashion brand with 1000+ global stores. For the new and fast growing China retail operation, we are looking for Assistant Store Manager.

Responsibilities:
? Knows and acts within company policies; knows one's own responsibility; be responsible for store P&L management, stock management, staffing, customer service, store layout and concept, and visual merchandising in order to build a scalable and sustainable infrastructure in line with company’s strategy

Customer
? Provide excellent customer service on all levels
? Keep focus on customers’ needs, continuously improve customer service model, promote active selling skills in order to meet customer satisfaction
Product & Visual
? Systematically follow up industrial trends and competitors’ status and provide commercial feedback and solutions for product and customers’ needs.
? Organization of merchandise in the store and stockroom, fitting alarms, controlling and counting merchandise, defining priorities for outgoing merchandise.
? Stock controls and lost controls.
? Execute visual merchandising and guidelines from the head office. Making sure the store’s image is maintained: window display, staff image (uniforms), furniture and other decorations, and relations with the cleaning company.
Operations
? Prepare the store for opening
? Ensure all store activities live up to standards (garment presentation, sales activities, campaigns, stocks and follow-ups)
? Ensure that all back office procedures are up to standards (staff planning, cash office, reductions, deliveries, safety and security routines)
? Ensures shelf availability, data integrity, shrink control, P&P compliance.
? Monitors and enforces adherence to all corporate policies (e.g. Dress code, return policy, safety, LP etc.) as directed by the policies and procedures
? Delivers effective payroll management in store.
? Controls losses through effective loss prevention plans.
? Conducts daily floor walks for Division to ensure brand retail standards are maintained
? Compiles daily / weekly divisional action plans that are focused on brand / customer service standards
Profit
? Follow up on sales goals and budgets to optimize profit
People
? Provide direction, coaching and development of subordinates to ensure achievement of store goals
? Be responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, motivating, retaining and managing store team members
? Focus on key talents with the aim of developing potential staffs into store operations talent pool
You
? Achieve the KPI
? Manage external relationship with relevant parties, such as mall managers

Qualifications needed for this position:

? Some years experience in fashion retail and retail industry experience
? Initiative. Flexibility. Good people skills. Decisive. Highly motivated and focused.
? College and University degree
? Fluent local language and English
? PC skills (MS Office, user level)
