Tooling room supervisor（模具主管）
Job Scope
1．Responsible for the department employees work assignments;
负责本部门员工工作分配
2. To deal with the emergency thing in the department
处理本部门突发事件
3. Responsible for mold spare parts for prices and supplier management;
负责模具备件寻价及供应商管理工作
4. Responsible for coordination with company related department for mold engineering work
负责与公司相关部门进行模具工程方面的协调工作
5. Responsible for the department of the various statements
负责本部门的各种报表
6. Responsible for mold repair and maintenance plan
负责制定模具维修及保养计划
7. Responsible for the mould of continuous improvement, improve quality, reduce cost
负责模具的持续改进，提高质量，降低成本
8. Has the right to demand that do not conform to the requirements of the quality department to take corrective measures
有权要求不符合质量要求的部门采取纠正措施；
9. Responsible for the department staff training
负责本部门的员工培训
10. Responsible for the department staff assessment
负责本部门的员工考核
11. When there is unqualified products in the company, and shall have the right to require the relevant departments to take corrective measures
当公司内出现不合格产品时，有权要求有关部门采取纠正措施
12. Responsible for ISO9000/14000/18000 relevant content and ensure the normal operation
负责ISO9000/14000/18000相关内容的制定并确保其正常运行
13. Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirement
1.Technical secondary school degree or above
中专以上学历
2.Candidates must have at least 5-10 years of relevant tooling experience.
具备5-10年相关经验
3.Familiar with production process, has the strong communication ability and the coordinated ability
对产品生产流程熟悉，有较强的沟通能力和协调能力
4.Look at the picture can use UG, CAD
会使用UG，CAD看图
5.Familiar with all kinds of ordinary machine tool
熟练操作各种普通机床
