Molding Supervisor（注塑主管）
Duties & Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Oversee and monitor injection and molding department 监督管理注塑部门；
2. Responsible for manpower planning and work progress reports 负责人力计划跟工作进程报告；
3. Train Technician, Operators and Leaders in clean room procedures and ISO guidelines requirements 培训技术人员，操作工，领班无尘室工作流程以及ISO方针要求；
4. Work with the immediate superior and planner to assign work, review activities and problems与直接主管和计划员合作安排工作，审查活动及问题；
5. Coordinate production activities with other Production Supervisors与其他生产主管协调生产活动；
6. Carry out routine preventive and predictive maintenance for all molds, tooling and equipment按常规实行所有模型，工具及设备的预防与预测维护；
Requirements 岗位要求
1. Trained/Certificate in Lean接受过精益生产培训或持有相关证书；
2. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in Injection Molding 两年以上与注塑相关经验；
3. Diploma/Degree in technical curriculum 技术课程专业证书或学位；
4. Willing to work 12 hours rotating shift 能接受12小时制倒班工作时间；
