2. Preparing for the manufacturing, ensure operation smoothly.
3. Coordinate with relevant Dept. solve the production issue timely.
4. Monitoring & supervising the production area.
5. Reduce the waste, decrease the manufacturing cost.
6. Solve the quality problem, reduce the reject rate
7. Managing the material and finish goods.
8. Monitor 5s at production area
