职位描述
Job Title：Logistic officer
Direct report：Supply Chain Manager
Job detail：
1. Prepare customs handbook.
2. Apply & close E-handbook.
3. Manage handbook balance.
4. Declare the customs & CIQ. Coordinate with local Customs & CIQ for the inbound & outbound inspection.
5. In charge of daily in/ex shipment operation, cooperate with internal department and external forwarder to ensure on time delivery.
6. Prepare and file the shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments and email shipping documents to customers.
7. Work with Import & Export agent. Control the transportation cost.
8. To coordinate with logistics company for raising & returning container.
9. To coordinate with customers for outbound shipment.
10. Check account with logistic company. Apply and follow up payment.
11. Submit logistics work report to the superior.
12. Handle defective goods & scrap.
13. Check the stock data and the actual material &product data.
14. Other job assigned by supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
1， Import customs clearance &CIQ，Ensure the material arrive on time, monitor the lead time，Ensure the material arrive on time
2， Export customs clearance &CIQ，Ensure the goods delivery successful, monitor the lead time，Ensure the goods delivery on time
3， Apply all related license of the material and product ，Ensure customs clearance timely，Every shipment customs clearance smoothly
4， Hand book management，Application, modification and close up without customs authority problems，Management improve and minimize the customs risk and minimize the customs tariff occurred due to the improper management.。
5， File related doc，ensure all related doc complete &correct ，All related doc complete &correct meet up with customs’ s demands
6， Monthly stock count and analysis， Ensure the handbook operation smoothly，Ensure the data keep Consistency
7， Daily logistics expense monitoring and control，Meet Finance annual budget commitment，Control the extra expense
8， Coordinate &Arrange domestic shipment to sterilization plant，Delivery on time，Monitor the process。
Minimum Qualifications Required To Perform Job：
1， Education: Colleague & above
2， Major: International trade &Logistic & Business Administration
3， Experience: 3-5 years
4， English: Listening Common, Speaking Common, Reading GOOD, Writing GOOD
Job competencies:
1， knowledge of customs clearance law,Good communication skill
2， Knowledge of CIQ rules,Good analytical ability
3， Knowledge of Commodity classification,Management of handbook
4， Knowledge of international trade terms and payment,Good sense of risk estimate
