职位描述
职位：助理工程经理
工作职责：
1. Develop facility concept & design to optimize space utilization and improve personnel & material flow. Implement facility plan to optimize cost of goods and use of available space at existing and new facilities.
2. Develop and implement plan to maintain facility & utility and infrastructure system by emphasizing the development and implementation of a preventative & predictive maintenance programs to optimize cost and availability.
3. Plan and lead facility and infrastructure operation to provide a cost-efficient & optimal environment for lean-manufacturing operation.
4. Implement World Class manufacturing tools to improve overall operational efficiency of the company.
5. Lead operation team and support project team by anticipating problems, providing input & solution, reacting productively to changes and ad-hoc tasks assigned.
6. Review and monitor closely all plant equipment and system to minimize unplanned downtime and to identify opportunities for improvement to solve problem in the timely manner.
7. Responsible for facility & equipment record keeping and QA/RA compliances.
8. Responsible for Environmental, Health and Safety regulation and compliances.
岗位基本要求
1， Bachelor's Degree，Engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
2， Minimum 7 to 8 years of working experience in world class manufacturing environment preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
3， General Basic Skills：English：Listening :Common Speaking :Common Reading :Common Writing :Common
