Main Accountabilities

1. Compile and maintain the product’s technical documentation, including technical parameters, technical specification, product check list, product catalogue, installation and operation guide and so on.
2. Audit the proposal, negotiate and clarify with electric power institute and the customers about the technical proposal, optimize and design the primary system and secondary system, provide the wiring drawings for secondary systems.
3. Coordinate for the non-standard design.
4. Input the project electrical BOM in SAP system.
5. Coordinate with the related departments to follow up the project process, insure the all the parts of the project delivery on time.
6. Support the project quotation, answer bidding for technical, compile the tendering documentation, project cost accounting.
7. Supply the technical support and training for the production department, coordinate the related department to settle the technical problems in manufacturing process.
8. Familiar the PMP process.



1. 编写并维护产品的技术文件，包括产品的技术参数、技术条件、选型表、产品样本、安装及操作使用说明等
2. 对项目方案进行审核，与设计院、用户进行技术沟通和澄清，优化并完成最终一次系统图、二次原理图、二次接线图、项目附件表、仪表门开孔图、项目施工说明等技术文档。
3. 协调非标结构方案设计。
4. 在SAP系统中建立电气BOM。
5. 协调相关部门跟踪项目进度，确保外购、外协及自制件按时到位，保证项目的按时交货。
6. 支持项目报价、技术答疑、标书制作、成本核实等前期工作。
7. 为生产部门提供技术指导和培训，协调并解决生产过程中出现的技术问题。
8. 熟悉项目管理经验。


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electricity and automation or related field; more than 3 years design experience in MV complete sets equipment.
2. Familiar with the related standards and technical norms for MV complete sets equipment.
3. Familiar with the components’ type for the MV switchgear and Compact Secondary Substation
4. Be proficient in the MV primary and secondary system.
5. Master AutoCAD, have experiences in SAP and Eplan are a plus.
6. Strong communication skills with electric power institutes, customers and internal department.
7. Strong written and oral English.
8. A Strong team player with an active attitude.


1. 本科或以上学历，电力及自动化相关专业毕业，三年以上从事中压成套电气设计的工作经验。
2. 熟悉中压成套行业相关标准、技术规范。
3. 熟悉中压成套的元器件型号及技术特点。
4. 精通中压一次，二次。
5. 能熟练应用AUTO-CAD,懂SAP和Eplan更佳。
6. 较好的与设计院、用户及公司内部沟通技巧。
7. 具有较好的书面、口头英语能力。
8. 强烈的团队意识和积极的工作态度。
