Main Accountabilities

1. Import the standard CSS to factory, prepare the technical documents for the local production, arrange the confirmation of prototype production.

2. Coordinate with Electrical Engineer to communicate with the customers, supply the proposal to the customer special requirements.

3. According the MRS, independently develop the variant product from the current CSS, building up and maintain the technical documents.

4. Design the non-standard CSS and Low voltage system structure according the customers’ requirements, provide the technical deliveries on time, including drawings, BOM in SAP system and so on, coordinate the electrical engineer to compile the production description.

5. Maintain the technical documents for current CSS product, ensure the documents are accurate and complete,

6. Update the product’s technical proposals, keep the product’s technical same as ABB.

7. Provide the technical support and clarification for production department and the CSS suppliers.

1. 将标准的箱变方案进行技术引进，完成产品的工厂化工作，并进行样机生产确认。

2. 与电气工程师配合进行客户沟通，对客户需求进行可行性评估。

3. 按照公司的市场特点，独立完成对现有箱变方案衍生开发设计并维护相关技术资料。

4. 按照客户需求，按时进行箱变及低压部分的工程结构设计，包括图纸设计、SAP系统中的BOM录入与维护、协调电气工程师完成施工说明等。

5. 对现有产品方案进行维护和更新，保证相关技术资料准确、完整。

6. 对生产、供应商进行技术资料澄清和指导。

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanism or related field; more than 3 years design experience in CSS.

2. Familiar with the related standards and technical norms for CSS and low voltage system..

3. Be proficient in the CSS and low voltage panel sheet metal structure

4. Be familiar with the primary system of the CSS and Low voltage.

5. Be proficient in Solidworks and Office.,

6. Be familiar with ERP system, have experience in SAP is a plus.

7. Strong communication and coordination skills.

8. Basic written and oral English.

9. A Strong team player with an active attitude.

1. 大学本科或以上学历,机械或相关专业；三年以上箱变结构设计工作经验。

2. 熟悉箱变及低压成套的相关标准和规范。

3. 精通箱变及低压部分钣金结构设计。

4. 熟悉箱变及其低压部分的一次系统。

5. 熟练使用Solidworks和Office软件。

6. 懂ERP软件，掌握SAP更佳。

7. 较好的沟通和协调能力。

8. 基本的英语读写能力。

9. 强烈的团队意识和积极的工作态度。
