职位描述
Requirements:
1. mechanical background with 5+ working experience,
2. good English communication skill (both in verbal and written)
3. be familiar with CNC process,
4. Understanding of high precision dimensional inspection tools and processes (such as CMM, projector etc.)
5. Can read mechanical drawing;
6. Changzhou local candidates will be referred;
Key Position Responsibilities
1. Implement project transfer plan.
2. Complete First Article.
3. Create inspection criteria. Develop and improve visual /cosmetic standards.
4. Procurement/obtainment of all necessary gages, gage design, gage prints.
5. Implement any SQC requirements and process capability analysis.
6. Daily MRB review, Weekly trend review with team, Follow up NCR(s), NCR(s) verification and closure.
7. Prepare monthly quality trend report.
8. Sending site rejections/SCAR/Customer complaints (PER) handling. As contact window of quality related for send site.
9. Train operators and QC inspectors on product acceptance criteria.
10. Investigate out of specification gage for the evaluation about the effect on the manufactured product.
11. Drive continuous quality improvement, prevent the production and shipment of any defective products to customer.
12. Follow-up QMS procedure.
