职位描述
主要职责：
? Research and develops new projects and improvement for chassis assembly.
? Define/response CTQ during prototyping and pilot run.
? Analyses product field performance and identifies opportunities to increases product value and manufacturing effectiveness during NPI phase.
? Responds and implements Qualification & pilot run
? Defines and identifies WI/DTS.
? Develops & implements BOM and ECO in Oracle systems.
? Responsible for CI activities in prototyping and pilot run phase.
岗位要求
? Min. three years work experience in Chassis Assembly process.
? Familiar with setting up process flow/work instruction.
? Stronger engineering logic and trouble-shooting capability.
? Familiar with process improvement tools.
? Skilled in design tools (Pro/E & ACAD) operations is preferred.
? Capable in spoken and written English.
? Interaction / Relationship
Internal: Production/PMC/Quality/Sales/Purchasing/Sourcing
External: Supplier/Customer
教育背景：
? Undergraduate College education and major in electric/mechanical
技能技巧:
? Good manufacturing knowledge of sheet metal, machining, casting, plastic injection molding and finishing processes.
个人素质：
？ 25-40岁；
