RINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Setup test equipment.
? Familiar with ICT,FCT, RF test equipment.
? Support production on test side.
? Support debug technicians in test failures.
Dimensions / Scope
? Test equipments setup .
? Test method development & continuous improvement
Interaction / Relationship
? Internal: Production/Quality/PM/Purchasing/Sourcing
? External: Supplier/customer
Education, Qualification and training
? College education and major in electric or electronic application.
Experience or skills required
? Familiar with PCB & BP assembly process.
? Above 5 years experience on test.
? Excellent knowledge in Analog and Digital circuits.
? Be good at conversion ,spoken, listening and writing.
Specialised knowledge or skills required
? Backplane testing experience or functional test software writing is preferred .
Measurement
? Support production on line &NPI completion.
? Annual performance review;
? Setup test equipment.
