Position Title: General Manager of Joint Venture
Immediate Supervisor: Managing Director
Direct report: Relevant BU managers
Location: Baoying County, Yangzhou
Partnering with: BUGM and other Shared Services Directors

The Joint Venture, located in Baoying Yangzhou, is specialized in the manufacturing of special vehicles, focusing on waste handling and cargo handling industry.

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for P/L, KPIs and total performance of the Joint Venture including finance, sales & marketing, engineering, operations, talents development etc..
- Execute the short term business plans, develop the mid and long term business strategy of the Joint Venture.
- Coordinate with the other BU of the group to strengthen the sales and marketing performance by mutual efforts.

Key Experiences:
The candidates need to have experience in the manufacturing of special vehicle, commercial vehicle industry or construction equipments.

Accountabilities:
- Take full charge of the operation management of the joint venture. Formulate mid-term and long-term development plans of the company.
- Formulate operation performance indicators.
- Analyze operation status of the company, fully responsible for budget and expenses control of operation related activities and new assets.
- Forecast the development trend and request of market;
- Operation excellence, including control of inventory, QA, cost saving, supplier management, continuous improvement;
- Lead internal departments to understand their strategic priorities and creatively identify partnership opportunities to support those priorities.

Qualification & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or vehicle engineering, or other related field required.
- 10 years minimum relevant experience in the field of commercial vehicles or related field, more than 5 years in the position General Manager in manufacturing company.
- Commercial and financial reporting experience with business acumen required.
- A mature person with demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, both alone and with a team.
- Good skills in coping with the changing organization from pioneering phase to more professionalism.
- Self-motivated.
- Good negotiation and communication skills;
- Experience in managing joint venture preferred.
- Must be flexible – travel or long work hours.
