职位描述
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Maintenance
- Assist Technical Supervisor to define equipment maintenance plan (annual, quarterly, monthly) and realize it.
- Create whole equipment(crane, forklift, gas serve cart and other non-standard equipment) data basis and update periodically.
- Daily equipment inspection and maintenance.
- Manage and maintain the relevant equipment spare parts to make sure have clear inventory.
- Organize and follow-up the facility maintenance, repair, include building, lighting, electricity, etc.
- Repair the equipment issues self or support with outsourcing supplier in time.
- Solve the equipment issue under LOTO procedure.
- Keep in touch with local bureau to get authorized certification.
- Assist with local bureau have annual site special equipment verification.
- In charge of power room and maintenance room 5S.
2. EHS
- Observe and meet Alstom EHS directive.
3. Others
Obey and perform the temporarily task with technical supervisor.
Measurement.
1. Periodically inspection for equipment and facility on time.
2. Downtime of all equipment and facility.
3. Equipment spare parts inventory correct.
4. In compliance with EHS and ALSTOM Values requirements.
Educational Requirements
Technical secondary school(at least), junior college (better)
Experience
1. At least 1 years mechanical or electrical maintenance experience.
2. Good communication and discipline.
3. Familiar with word, excel and PPT in computer
4. Jiangdu native person.
5. Have electrician license.
