Responsibilities:
1. PPV cost down, localization of DA cylinder & powerpack, reducing supplier quantity, PPAP validation, resourcing through new bridge, crane localization, etc
2. Strictly implement existing new supplier development procedure (Identification of potential suppliers, business negotiation, supplier evaluation, modification, samples production, samples validation, PPAP validation, field testing, SOP, approval)
3. Contract Negotiation, build up and maintain overall supplier relationship. Make the cost target through a process-oriented methods, including materials cost, man-hour, transport cost, package, tax and profit.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor's Degree required, majored in mechanical;
2. Previous experience in a manufacturing company is required including demonstrated success working in strategic sourcing and cost saving achievement;
3. Knowledge in Lean supply concepts and techniques with significant experience in KanBan system managed supply chain preferred
4. Fluent English in written and spoken;
