Asia Regional Key Account Manager-for a global logistics company
Our client is international logistics company, which specialized in sea & air freight forwarding, contract logistics, business. Now They are looking for a Asia Key Account Manager in Shanghai which will take care one of the core clients of the group for the whole Asia area including China Mainland, HK, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, as well as South-East Asia, and South Asia region.

The job location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
? Improvements in Market Specific Key Account and its Affiliates Customer Satisfaction Score
? Share relevant market, industry, shipping, and sourcing information with Market Specific contacts within the Key Account and its Affiliates
? Regular and ad hoc Market Specific meetings / reporting / analysis
? Market Specific development project identification, qualification and support
? Relationships with the Key Account Regional and Global Logistics Infrastructure teams
? Drive Speed and Flexibility into the Origin Operations for Key Account and its Affiliates
? Sell new services to the Key Account and its affiliates, in orchestration with the global Key Account manager, meeting both global and regional targets.
? Work directly with Customer Service/Warehouses, Sourcing Offices, and any the Key Account nominated LSPs for quick resolution of Market Specific escalated operational issues
? Ensure continuous Market Specific KPI achievement
? Lead, or supervise, the implementation of Market Specific operational changes or new programs
? Ownership of Market Specific accurate SOP / QRG / IOP information being understood by Customers service teams.
? Assist the Key Account contacts in ensuring Market Specific the Key Account Connect accuracy (DIA)
? Lead, or supervise, Monthly Origin review calls as required to ensure attention to Market Specific issues or new procedures.
? Share best practice with and across Customer Service teams and with other Key Account Managers
? Drive the Key Account Management team scorecard and support the Global Key Account Manager in the preparation of the Monthly Account Reports
? Support other Key Account Managers and team members as is required
? Drive through your teams the service/efficiency development project identification, qualification and leadership
? Take Ownership of Account Receivable and Support Origins and your team in reducing same.

Requirements:
? Key Account Management / extensive direct customer engagement experience
? Strong communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English
? Attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with strong Analytical abilities
? Consistent ability to meet and adhere to deadlines
? Problem solving and customer service skills
? Ambitious and self-driven
? Travel as required by the position

Qualification:
? Project management skills
? Solid experience in freight forwarding, contract logistics, supply-chain Key Account management.
? Regional Key Account Management experience in Asia area as well as global coordinating experience.
? Basic knowledge of manufacturing and exports from the Asia markets
? Strong spoken and written English
? Strong language skills in the key Markets within Geographic Scope (Chinese)
