Job Specific Comments

工作内容

1. Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.

2. Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances.

3. Generate and distribute account management reports on monthly basis.

4. Perform monthly bank reconciliations

5. Perform accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables, reconciliations and foreign exchange.

6. Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.

7. Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audits.

8. Assist in tax preparation and filing activities.

9. Reconcile general ledger accounts and revenue accounts.

10. Review financial reports to identify and explain variances.

11. Prepare cash flow statements and resolve outstanding balancing issues.

12.  Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures.

Skills

技能

1.         BS/BA degree required; Accounting or Finance.  

2.        Solid accounting & costing professional knowledge, proficient and skilled in using financial software, such as QAD, SAP, Hyperion system, etc.

3.         Must be a team player who works well under pressure, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload 5. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills

4.        Work with goals and plans, steady and orderly

5.        General English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).

6.        .Proficiency in office software, such as excel, word, PowerPoint.
