Work with New Product Development (NPD) teams to ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively to supporting suppliers.

Interact with NPD teams to ensure suppliers are involved in development and review of specifications to promote design for manufacturability.

Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.

Conduct supplier approval and risk management system and process audits in compliance with company’s supplier performance and monitoring goals and objectives.

Qualification

任职资格

Bachelor degree in Chemical or Technical Degree with equivalent experience above. Minimum 3-year experience in cosmetic discipline with concentration on Supplier Development.

本科或同等学历以上，化工类专业，3年以上化妆品领域供应商开发经验，

Familiar with cosmetic industry. Have good understanding of cosmetic material cost and process.

熟悉化妆品行业，对化妆品的原料价格和流程有很清晰的了解。

Good interpersonal, project management and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.

良好的人际关系、项目管理及表达技巧，能清楚地呈现复杂的建议或理念，

Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner.

专业积极的沟通，

Highly organized self-starter.

Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems and use good judgment.
