岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

A: Project planning for difficult and complex testing work

1.    Clarifying and defining test-related requirements with the customer in the form of specified project descriptions, analyzing test-related expenditure

2.    Following up targets for test-related work with the project manager in terms of quality, costs and timing taking existing processes and methods into consideration in agreement with the superior

3.    Defining, planning, coordinating and controlling test-related work using prescribed methods and systems (including Time to Market process); instructing employees within the context of tasks to be performed

4.    Involvement in and/or implementation of defined escalation scenarios whenever deviations from targets occur in test-related work; showing existing alternative solutions

5.    Ensuring that defined technical standards are kept within the framework of test engineering

6.    Involvement in the optimization of existing testing technologies and methods; implementation and application of new technologies and methods in cooperation with internal and external positions, specialist bodies and workgroups if necessary

7.    Coordinating service providers if appropriate, taking economic, qualitative and scheduling points of view into consideration

8.    Involvement in the risk assessment during the tendering stage based on the customer’s qualification requirements, pointing out critical qualification requirements as well as deriving alternatives

9.    Supporting responsible positions with drawing up offers; estimating the scope of testing

B: Designing, calculating, testing

1.    Developing complex test concepts and arranging the construction of test set-ups, models and test circuits for individual parts, assemblies, devices and systems

2.    Defining comprehensive tests and arranging calculations for individual parts, assemblies, devices and systems; initiating tests at the respective posts

3.    Introducing suitability examinations on materials and components with existing and new technologies in electronics development; evaluating test data and interpreting the results

4.    Presenting the test results for posts and advising clients with regard to optimization possibilities; agreeing solution concepts for the individual parts, assemblies, devices and systems investigated

5.    Specifying, testing and releasing applications and customer-specific components

6.    Arranging for or drawing up the necessary test-related documentation

7.    Involvement in the processing of customer complaints about devices and production difficulties in agreement with those affected (including quality assurance, assembly, laboratory)

8.    Arrangement for the testing of trademark rights/violations of such for own and external work, if necessary, involving the patent department in agreement with superior posts

9.    Supporting the creation of Design-FMEA’s

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachler degree or above

Major: Electronics, Mechanical, Physiscs

Language Skills: English, fluent in Spoken, listening and written

Job-related Experience: at least 3 years test related, Automotive experience preferred

Additional Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
