Job Purpose

Cost calculation, variance analysis & explanation, inventory control

Key Responsibilities

Operations cost management for Gyproc Yangzhou

1、 Production daily M3 information maintenance, include item master management, standard cost calculation;

2、 Monthly ending for production cost filed;

3、 Inventory balance check and management;

4、 Plant capex calculation and following the pay back during the project

Management advice and decision supporting

1、 Supporting bench marking data what operations team need monthly;

2、 To calculate the cost of new product standards.

3、 Assist to analysis product VC variance reason, supervision and feedback factory improvement of challenge

Reporting & Commercial Parts:

1、 Local tax coordination between tax authority and FSSC;

2、 VAT refund preparation (Gyproc YZ);

3、 Non - trade cross board payment (Asia ROH, EIG fee…) - Gyproc YZ

4、 Dealing with legal representative changeover - Gyproc YZ

5、 Dealing with business license renewal, etc. - Gyproc YZ

6、 Yeard physical FA counting on site - Gyproc YZ

Others

1、 Good connect with plant and finance department;

2、 Other job ordered by leader

3、 Assist manager to do cost job on cross plants level;

Qualification Requirements

 Typical Education Level

Bachelor, prefer the major in Finance, Accounting or Audit; Master is plus;

Relevant experience, knowledge and skills

1>  All the past experiences in the field of costing covering process costing, batch costing and Job Costing concept is must; 3-5 years cost experience is plus;

2>  Team leader experience is preferring;

3>  Be able to accept business travel in beginning period;
