1. Responsible for all compensation and benefits management including monthly salary, performance incentive bonus, annual budget, salary review and etc;
2. Work as a business partner to provide constructive suggestion, support to management team;
3. Responsible to maintain the data in HR system, ensure the information accuracy and updating;
4. Set up fluent communication channel and work as an internal consultant to employees on HR related issues;
5. Responsible for the recruiting for certain level positions, manage all aspects of the sourcing, interviewing and hiring process;
6. Training needs collection and assist to work out annual plan, follow up and evaluation of training program;
7. Related HR reports completion in a timely and accurate manner;
8. Other tasks assigned by HR manager.

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor Degree.

2. At least 5 years relevant working experience in a foreign company.

3. Be familiar with Labor Law and correlative policies.

4. Familiar with MS Office, HR system.

5. Independent & initiative thinking and acting.

6. Result-oriented with good follow & reporting awareness.

7. High sense of responsibility and loyalty.
