工作职责：

• Develop initial designs and layouts for capital projects, and then expand them into detailed plans and drawings.

      开发投资项目的初步设计和布置设计，然后逐步参与详细设计和图纸绘制。

• Provide feasibility studies, specifications and budget estimates for capital schemes.

  提供可行性研究报告，详细描述和预算估计用于资本投资方案。

• Implement approved capital projects of limited size or delegated sections of larger capital projects to achieve completion to specification, budget and programme.

  参与经批准的投资项目中的指定工艺段，以完成设备详细描述、预算和执行计划。

• Manage Contractor resources.

  供应商管理。

• Ensure full documentation of all projects and systems.

  确保项目或系统中所有的技术资料收集和汇编。

• Provide training for operators and maintenance personnel.

  对操作和维修人员提供培训。

• Support Engineering / Project Managers, Lead Engineers, Senior Engineers on major projects or existing operations to deliver installations on time and to budget.

  在重大项目或现有生产设备上，支持工程经理/项目经理，主任工程师，高级工程师，确保在预算范围内完成设备的安装工作。

• Commissioning of new equipment and processes.

  新设备和工艺的调试工作。

工作要求：

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or similar discipline

  机械或化学工程，或相类似行业学历

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Project Engineering

       最少3年相关项目经验

• Ability to produce working models using AutoCAD and Inventor.

      能够使用AutoCAD and Inventor进行2D和3D绘图设计。

• Working knowledge of safety management system and standards.

  具有项目安全管理的工作经验。

• EEM Practitioner

  从事过设备早期管理。

• Familiar with AM/PM

  熟悉AM/PM。

• Understanding of some calcination methods or material drying and grinding

  接触过煅烧工艺或干燥工艺或矿石破碎工艺。

• Powders, bulk solids handling

  接触过固体粉料处理。

• Basic thermodynamics (heat and mass balance)

  基本的热工计算能力。

• Gas and burner safety standard – understanding of EN746

       了解天然气及其燃烧系统的安全标准。 

• Well English Reading and Writing

       良好的英语读写能力

• Site experience, demonstrating certain contribution to continuous improvement and/or commissioning.

  现场经验，对持续改进和/或调试有过一定贡献。

• Proven track record working in a Highly automated, high speed process or mechanical handling industry.

  曾经在一个高度自动化生产线，高速生产工艺或机械输送类行业中有过确定的从业经历。

• Ability to manage defined onsite activities eg elements of the design, installation, commissioning process.

  具有现场管理能力，包含设计、安装、调试等要素。

• Understands cultural differences and able to adapt behaviour to operate effectively within cross cultural teams.

  理解文化差异，能够在一个多元文化环境中工作。

• Time spent in a plant engineering / maintenance or installation role.
