Position Summary:
Work closely with process managers and manufacturing supervisor to identify the molding projects need.

Conduct molding testing , related quality problem analysis, resolving and line move. Improve manufacturing process and equipment fixtures to maintain and improve process yield



Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the identification and implementation of molding projects to meet manufacturing outcomes

· Evaluate and establish new optimal manufacturing process to ensure that the products have met the stated quality standard.

· Involve in the development for manufacturing equipment, tools and raw materials sourcing to make processes improved significantly

· Improve manufacturing process and equipment fixtures to maintain and improve process yield

· Conduct Mold Testing , molding related quality problem analysis, resolving, line move.



Requirements:

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology (Polymer)

· Plastic Molding Experience a Must.

· Injection Molding Experience.

· At least 3 year experience in a Plastic Molding Environment

· Self-motivator with good communication and interpersonal skill.
