Job Description：

1. Responsible for the Customer New Business quotes. Ensure to submit the best and lowest BOM material cost on time.

2. Support and ensure smooth flow of new program launches: Component price, contracts / Blanket PO, Capacity confirmation, Material cost.

3. Material price breakdown analysis and tool capacity checking.

4. Defines supply base (where to buy and what supplier to be awarded) strictly complying with the low cost country/region sourcing, process approvals and sourcing forms and documents.

5. Supports Commodity strategies, budget roadmaps, supplier compression & business on hold, commodity market technology update.

6. Focal person in Purchasing for specific programs. Responsible to report and attend meeting like Program needs.

7. Ensure to work and timely update for the New Program Pre-launch and Open issues in the Profile.

8. Initiates new vendor/supplier registration and strict compliance of the supplier/vendor add process and ensure to complete the required documents (financial, quality and certificates).

9. Ensure dual sourcing for those components with high risk in terms of deliveries, price and quality.

10. Support Supplier Cost Technology Optimization and Engineering Cost Technology Optimization.

11. Ensure to provide timely the Purchasing deliverables: (PIMS, BOS, Monthly Review for Issues).

12. Generates the Request for Purchasing Activity form for Plant’s spot buy request and Purchasing Variance Report for any component price changes.

13. Any others Plant Manager assign.

     

Qualification:

 

1. Strong educational background, preferably to Bachelor degree level.
2. Minimum 5 years purchasing management experience in automotive industry.
3. Fluent English is must.
4. PC/Systems skills and awareness.
