1.人力资源、管理类相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上人力资源岗位经验，外资企业或大型企业工作经验者优先；
A bachelor or above
degree in HR, business management or relevant major, minimum 3 years’ experience
at HR field, preferably in foreign-funded enterprises and manufacturing
corporates;
2.英语四级，能熟练使用英语交流和操作办公软件；
CET-4, English level both in oral and
written and computer skills;
3.良好的沟通力，有责任心和团队合作精神并能承受工作压力；
Good
communication and presentation skills, high sense of responsibility and teamwork
spirits, be able to work under high pressure;
4.另有条件优秀者可适度放宽。
