Description -Check and book invoice in EPR System

-Review payment application and arrange to pay on time. -3rd party AP reconciliation. -Inter-company AP reconciliation. -Communicate with commercial department at any time and collect declaration from custom for foreign currency payment. -Prepare non-trade payment documents and apply to tax bureau. -Be responsible for invoice issued, offset, checked, approved and declared. -Keep good communication with tax bureau and deal with kinds of tax issues, including assistant of annual tax inspection, stamp tax payment etc. -Dealing with related annual audit issues.

requirements:

- University Degree in Accounting or Finance or above. -Above 2 years of experience in accounting or Finance. -Good communication skill.

-Able to work under pressure and work independently. -Good command of English. -Conversant with PC operation, especially Excel, ERP systems.
