Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and perform accurate and efficient support to CFO to ensure various high efficient and well-organized finance issues and activities
- Supervise the conduction of budgeting, finance reporting and analysis, and the implementation of accounting, tax and auditing target
- Assist CFO to provide and direct procedures necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services
- Guide the preparation of various financial statements with highly efficient and harmonious financial team and auditing team
- Assist CFO to coordinate the relations between our company and banks and such government departments as Industry and Commerce Department and Tax Department, etc. so as to safeguard the company's interest
- Assist CFO to direct activities such as custodian of funds, treasury, and assets of the organization

Requirements:
- Majored in finance or business related
- At least 8 years of financial & controlling experience, ERP project experience and knowledge of Dynamics is a big plus
- Excellent knowledge of Chinese GAAP accounting and Tax standards as well as IFRS
- Experience in POC standards and the budgeting and reporting system of the holding company
- Excellent oral & written English, German is a plus
- Strong analytical ability and numeric skills with attention to details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative and lateral thinking and strong at problem solving.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, good team player and can work under pressure.
- Good at MS Excel and PowerPoint application.
- Loyal, open and friendly personality
