职位描述Job Description

1) 负责MS Dynamics AX ERP的二次开发；

2) 参加Agile的Java二次开发以及改进工作；

3) 负责AX与Agile的接口开发与维护；

4) 负责按照系统架构规范编写程序、安装和配置软件；

5) 负责进行功能以及接口测试；

6) 负责技术实现分析和提供技术技持；

7) 与核心团队一起完成流程改进工作；

任职资格Qualifications

1) 本科以上学历，计算机科学、信息管理、财务管理等相关专业；

2) 有3-4年MS Dynamics AX程序开发经验；

3) 熟悉.NET开发环境，掌握面向对象的编程语言（VC）的开发技术；

4) 熟悉MS SQL server数据库管理, MS Window Server环境；

5) 熟练掌握Java编程，有2年以上编程经验者优先；

6) 有Agile系列产品实施或使用经验者优先；

7) 熟悉Web编程语言（JSP, XML, JavaScript, HTML）中至少两种；

8) 熟悉Linux操作系统者优先；

9) 熟练掌握数据库Oracle的使用和操作优先；

10) 优秀的自我学习能力和团队合作精神；

11) 优秀的口头和书面表达能力和沟通能力；

12) 优秀的文档资料编写能力，能够独立制定需求分析和方案；

13) 优秀的业务分析、归纳、抽象能力，具有将用户需求、产品功能、界面以及操作方式有机结合的能力。

14) 强烈的组织和时间管理观念；

15) 自信，有责任心，勤奋刻苦，勇于承担工作压力；

Job Description Job Description
1)Be responsible for secondary development of MS Dynamics AX ；
2)Participate in secondary development and improvement of Agile (Java)；
3)Be responsible for developing and maintaining the interface between AX and Agile;
4)Be responsible for Programming & Installation & configuration& maintaining ERP System according to system architecture specifications;
5)Be responsible for functional test and interface test;
6)Be responsible for technology analysis and provide technical support skills for ERP system Key User;
7)optimize the process with Key User;

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor degree or above, computer science, information management, financial management and other related professionals;
2) 3-4 years of MS Dynamics AX application development experience;
3) Be familiar with. NET development environment, to master the object-oriented programming language (for example VC);
4) Be familiar with MS SQL server database management, MS Window Server environment;
5) roficiency in Java programming, more than 2 years programming experience is preferred;
6) Implementation of Agile product or experience is preferred;
7) Familiar with at least two Web programming languages (JSP, XML, JavaScript, HTML) ;
8) Familiar with the Linux operating system is preferred;
9) Proficiency in the operation of the database Oracle is preferred;
10) Outstanding self-learning ability and team spirit;
11) Excellent oral and written communication skills and communication skills;

12) Excellent written documentation ability to draft requirement analysis and solution independently;

13) Excellent business analysis , induction and abstraction ability to combine user requirements, product features , interface, and operation organically.
14) Strong organization and time management concepts;
