Description of the role
-Calculate PoC according to KUKA Manual
根据库卡集团的会计要求，计算项目的完工百分比。
-Calculate revenue /cost according PoC method.
根据完工百分比法计算项目收入及成本。
-Finish monthly report of KUKA Group according IFRS, including BS,PL, investments, notes, PoC etc.
每个月根据国际会计准则按时完成月度报表，包括资产负债表，利润表，固定资产，完工百分比等表。
- Maintenance fixed assets list and physical check.
维护固定资产清单并按时盘点。
- Inventory booking and monitor stock taking.
维护存货清单，并按时盘点。
-Balance accounts reconciliation.
每月清理资产负债表项下余额。
-Prepare monthly reports for Local GAAP. Such as BS,PL, Statistical report
准备每月的中国报表，包括资产负债表，利润表，和统计报表。
-Monthly tax reconciliation and claim.
负责每月的税务报表。
-Annual tax inspection.
负责年度的税务检查和清算。
-Annual business examination.
负责年度工商年检。
-Dealing with related annual audit issues.
处理和年终审计相关事宜。


Basis of requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
财务专业，大学本科学历
-Above 5 years of experience in accounting or Finance, minimum 2 years of experience in cost.
五年以上财务工作经验，其中至少有2年成本核算经验。
-Understanding Percentage of Complete method, and familiar with Local GAAP and tax rules, IFRS is plus.
了解完工百分比法，熟悉中国会计准则和税法，熟悉国际会计准则更佳。
-Good finance sense and problem-solving capability.
良好的财务意识和解决问题的能力。
-Able to work under pressure and work independently.
能够在压力下工作，并独立开展工作。
-Good command of English.
良好的英语。
-Conversant with PC operation, especially Excel, ERP systems.
熟悉电脑操作，尤其是Excel，ERP系统。
