岗位要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历 ，纺织工程相关专业，

2、具有汽车行业和纺织品行业产品开发经验，5年以上汽车纺织品相关行业工作经验

3、熟悉纺织品的基本加工工序，如织造、染整、整理、复合等

4、熟悉主机厂的技术要求和认可流程

5、英文听说写流利

岗位职责：

1、负责所有的产品结构设计开发管理与支持

2、纵向管理每组的产品开发的进度，座椅组、遮阳帘组、顶棚组

3、负责产品团队的人员管理与培训（包括分切人员）

4、协调内部的产品开发计划落实

5、支持前期设计开发

6、新产品开发的领导者

7、供应商材料开发与认可
