Our Client has developed, manufactured, and supplied a wide range of automotive radiators, climate control products, Cooling system and thermal solutions for a variety of businesses all over the world.The client offer a very good career opportunity as well as international training and corporation with the best in their business.（the position will be located in 武清开发区）
1. MAIN TASKS:
?Responsible for defined customers
?The customers contact in technical issues in projects and products tasks.
?Customer support, service, problem solving for technical issues
?Responsible for the customer projects, specifications and demand of critical parametres in all APQP levels
?Ensure technical calculations of the customers cooling system and components together with organisation and suppliers
?Project management for all steps from Customers RFQ to serial productions – time schedule, technical calculations, cost calculation, product quality, test, etc
?Together with sales department prepare quatationsPrepare basis for standard cost calculation, investments and project costs
?Prepare product documentation (PPAP) Participate in prototype test together with test department and customer
?Participate in validation of prototypes and 0-seriesation
2. OTHER TASKS:
?Customer visits – technical sales and project follow up
?Exhibishions
?Ensure valid basis specifications
?Develope and maintain departments tools, procedures, instructions, etc (DIM, Windchill)
?Reviews,S/D/P-FMEA
?Participate in development of Design Standard
?Participate in customer claim handling
?Cost optimization of existing products
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS(Only relevant in connection with recruitments):
?Thermal engineer and/or project manager with 3-5 years experience in thermal interpretation/thermodynamics
?Solid experience in project management(preferably within the cooling system or similar industry)
?Quality and dcumentation (APQP and PPAP)
?Well organized internaly and externaly
?Goal oriented
?Able to work in teams and individual
?English
