Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash and bank reconciliation, prepare cash journal.
- Responsible for cash flow forecast, provide daily cash reporting.
- Prepare the debt collection report and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Verify the receipt and invoices, and make sure the process is in line with the relevant regulations.
- Responsible for the payment of employees' salary and bonus, assisting with housing fund transaction
- Control document such as invoice and contract

Qualification & Experiences
- Associate degree or above, major in finance, accounting or relevant field
- More than 2 years experiences in related area
- Familiar with bank transaction
- Good at PC operations and familiar with accounting and finance application software
- Can read and write some business English
- Good communication skill, team work, self-motivation
- Willing to learn and take responsibility, ethical and high level of integrity
