Report to OE manager;

Education and/or Experience:
Four-year bachelor degree in engineering/business or related discipline, which approximates skill & knowledge, expected of Lean Engineer.
Two-years of relevant job experience preferably in continuous improvement field.

Language Skills:
Ability to present ideas and information clearly and persuasively in writing.
Ability to verbally present ideas to others clearly while demonstrating effective listening skill

Job description:
To develop, maintain, and improve Lean Journey that attain company goals and objectives and achieve customer satisfaction. Provide management and to company's quality and business efforts. Integrate quality department, quality system, and technologies into the organization to achieve the best possible business process lean effort possible at the least possible total cost in the long-term.
? Raise lean awareness and bring lean methodology and tools (such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) in order to improve the value of our manufactured products for our customers and eliminate waste from our manufacturing processes
? Train and coach through improvement workshops
? Lead the implementation of standards and roadmap self-assessment in functions and workshops
? Share best practices with other factories

Job Duties and responsibilities:
1. Implement Lean journey compliant Hyva Lean system; achieve & maintain registration.
2. Develop, maintain, and improve system that attains lean VMI objectives and customer satisfaction.
3. Provides financial/Business data to management concerning Lean activities.
4. Assists in the preparation of proposals in support of securing customer orders.
5. Contributes to the development of method to operation efficiency.
6. Assist the analysis of failure and analyze other problems to develop corrective action.
7. Recommends an effective manufacturing/Logistics organization to enhance CI in departmental effectiveness, training our team to gain the lean knowledge.
8. With great communication skill to cooperate the lean team member , the strong manner would be preferred.

Ability and desire to continue to learn with the need for ethical standards, responsibility, achievement and success while maintaining high self-esteem. Is seen by others as having the highest levels of integrity and demonstrates selflessness.
Technical knowledge and skill: Quality technologies such as: improvement techniques, quality planning, FEMA, auditing, SPC/6 sigma, inspection, information system, 8D etc. Demonstrate excellence in applying technical knowledge to business problem prevention and resolution, others reply on Lean manager for assistance or coaching in field.

Very familiar with: VSM, Set up reduction, Standardize work, Continuous flow, Kanban methodology/ Pull system, Err proofing, TPM, 5S.
