For our Process Industries and Drives Division in YANGZHOU,we are looking for a stator coil process engineer/定子线圈工艺工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

The stator coil process engineer is stator process development,Write the stator PFMEA

定子工艺工程师负责定子工艺开发、工艺研究，编写定子PFMEA

Design the fixture of the inserting,winding and varnish,According to the stator drawings manufacturing samples and process development

设计下线工装、绕线和浸漆工装，根据定子图纸制造样品和工艺开发

Develop automatic logoff process and production line with machine supplier

与设备供应商合作开发自动下线工艺和生产线

writethe stator winding wiring, forming the winding head work instructions

定子绕组接线、端部固定与整形作业指导书

Participate in the development of new products, and follow up the progress prototype.Strong hands-on ability

在产品生命周期负责定子工艺相关的项目, 参与新产品的开发，并跟踪样机进度。较强的动手能力

What do I need to qualify for this job?

熟悉电机产品的原理/Be familiar with motor principium

熟悉电机制造流程和制造工艺/Be familiar with motor manufacture procedure and manufacture technique

精益生产的相关知识/Lean production know how

Team coordination/leading skill and people management skill,团队协作/领导技能和人员管理技能

项目管理相关知识/ project management skills

What else do I need to know?

More than 3 years in three-phase induction motor or synchronous motor stator process working experience in manufacturing process

3年以上三相异步电机或同步电机定子工艺制造过程工作经验
