职位描述：
Purpose of this job
1. Primarily responsible for delivery and maintenance of all technical, functional and infrastructural ict services to one of the assigned regions of the Hyva organization.
2. To plan, direct, manage and oversee all activities and operations of the Hyva ICT region;
3. Administer the it budget, staff and physical assets of the region

Main Responsibilities
1.Takes full responsibility and accountability over all ICT related topics within assigned region of the Hyva Holding and all related Hyva companies.
2. Ensure maximum availability of information systems throughout the Hyva companies
3. Managing the Hyva regional ICT department, including recruitment and career development
4. Managing a risk management process for all ICT related topics and ICT systems in the assigned region.
5. Support the Global ICT Manager with development and control of the ICT security policy.
6. Assist the Global ICT Manager with setup and maintain the Hyva Holding ICT budget.
7. Advisor to Hyva companies on ICT topics and ICT budgets
8. Responsible for ICT hardware, software and maintenance procurement in the assigned region.
9. Managing medium and large scale ICT projects and participate within business projects in the assigned region
10. Develop and maintain the ICT parts of a business continuity process in close cooperation with the other regions and Global ICT Manager.
11. Effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
12. Managing the service levels agreed with the business and take appropriate actions
13. Implement and maintain new or updated business information systems
14. Oversees all regional ICT tasks, incidents and related issues and prioritize projects and support requests
15. Improve regional business and ICT alignment
16. Advisor to the Global ICT Manager and business for new ICT developments and improvements
17. Working close with other regional ICT Managers, the Global ICT Manager and business owners on ICT topics and service delivery

Qualifications
Educational Attainment: Bachelor or above, major in computer science or related

Work Experience:
1. At least 5 years working experience in front of IT support at manufacturing area, plus above 5 years’ role in a management position.
2. Good hands-on experience on ERP system (QAD knowledge/skill are highly recommended) in a multi-national company with manufacturing operations.
3. Sound business experience with interest and experience in IT application; Technical mastery of key infrastructure building blocks (network, servers, workplace) . 举报 分享
