职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business and operational representative for HR issues for specific functions, responsible for the HR management and development of employees, responsible for coaching and advising managers and employees for HR related topics
Support talent management and succession plan; Support the development of high performance organization and people excellence
Ensure high quality and timely support to business in the process of target setting, budgeting, annual performance review, competency management
Developing and implementing integration and orientation programs for new hires
Carry out training needs analysis and devise appropriate training programs.
Implement training plan based on training needs, and ensure that approved training courses are arranged aligns with the plan and under budget control. Responsible for organizing training activity and updating employee’s training record timely
Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
Enhance communication channel with management and staff, improve employee satisfaction.
Coordinating the whole process of Group Employee Survey in terms of data preparation, results communication, implementation and review of the actions, and progress tracking etc
Involvement of HR project initiated to ensure its implementation to achieve the project goal.
Assist to organize the overall activities and company gesture to maintain and enhance staff relations
Other administration work support to business
Other related tasks assigned by Manager

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE ：
1. College degree or above, preferably major in Human Resource or related.
2. 4 to 8 years HR work experience, expertise in recruiting or employee development, basic understanding on individual contributor and leadership development, MNC HR Experience is preferred.
3. Self-motivate, high word independency and diligent attitude, Training and Development experience is preferred;
4. Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Good Command of English.
6. Solid Team player.
7. Strong learning ability and result oriented.
8. Excellent communication and influence capability
