职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:
1. To define and implement employee relationship process by fully complying with legal requirements and company policies and procedures;
2. To conduct interview with terminated employees with data analysis and take actions to reduce turnover rate by working with all functional leaders in the whole site
3. Structure and implement company culture, teambuilding and branding promotion.
4. To manage employee onboard process and continuously simplify and improve the process by adopting new technologies;
5. To conduct ER communication and trainings to site suitable members to improve the employee management skills;
6. To handle employee injury case, employee disciplinary offence and provide corrective suggestions to site leadership by working with other functions;
7. Completing various harmonization projects in the areas relating to HR compensation & benefits, policy and procedures and other HR operational tasks;
8. Employee probation tracking and process improvement;
9. Support to other HR members on site HR management activities；
10. Other tasks assigned by HR manager or site leadership teams

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. With at least 5 years of related working experience in HR field. Experience of HR leaders
3. An effective and efficient communicator
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Client-focused and detailed-oriented
7. Aptitude to multi-tasks and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints
