供应商开发专员主要负责：
根据经理要求开发有潜力的供应商和工厂；
准备资料要求有潜力供应商报价，跟进供应商报价并要求供应商提供样品；
跟公司的采购团队合作，确定需要开发新供应商的区域；
与经理的日常工作沟通；
协助开发部做好新供应商的开发工作；
IPI 网络专利维权
定期出差。
基本要求：
大专及上学历，
有至少一年相关工作经验（或优秀应届毕业生），
英语四级或以上
有良好的交流沟通能力，强烈的团对意识，专业的工作态度和工作习惯。
公司提供培训，毕业生可以从实习做起，择优录用，签订劳动合同。
Job description for: Purchasing Agent
Working in a multinational team, the successful candidate will use English (spoken and written) as part of their everyday work. The main job duties are:
- Project development: drawing review, pricing, sampling, sourcing, testing fit;
- Oversee PO management to suppliers; TM2/OMS POs input; follow up on re-production samples, component/packaging delivery, productions, inspections, shipment as well as payment;
- Shipment arrangement: send booking request to shipment, organize shipment and update shipment information in systems ;
- Supervise supplier management: 15-20 factories’ management in different product categories; enhance supplier’s performance through KPI evaluation; follow up on OTD for all POs; Packages/components regular stock checking and purchase accordingly; negotiate pricing, payment terms & quality issues;
- Cost deductions and savings: oversee all purchasing processes and identify areas/product can be done and act.
- Working with other purchasing/sourcing members to identify and quality new suppliers;
- Provide feedback to management team regarding changes, capabilities, and constraints in different manufacturing regions.
- Regular business trips to factory for meetings/inspection support and contracts
Essential requirements:
- University degree
- English level CET4 certification or higher
- At least 1 year work experience in a relevant field or graduates with good potential
- Physically healthy
- Good communication skill
Preferred:
- High level of understanding of manufacturing processes, such as welding, stamping, CNC machining, and finishing;
- Good problem solving skills; professional attitude and manner under high pressure and challenging working environment;
- Drawing reading abilities and Teamwork & strong self-organization in time & tasks. 举报 分享
