嘉兴海拉灯具有限公司是海拉集团在嘉兴经济技术开发区的全新项目，主要为上海大众和上海通用等国内中高档汽车厂商配套生产汽车前灯、尾灯、雾灯等各类车灯产品。公司成立于2012年7月，注册资金贰亿元人民币，于2013年8月投入生产，年产值最高预计可超过22亿元。届时，嘉兴海拉将成为海拉集团在中国 (或全球) 最大的工厂。

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a newprogram Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological DevelopmentZone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, fog lights and otherkinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotivemanufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded inJul 2012, with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory area is56 thousand square kilometers. It’s put into production in Aug 2013 and theannual output could be more than 2.2 billion. Then it will be the biggest Hellafactory in China.

Position: Logistics Manager

Report to: Operations Director

Responsibilities:

Planning& Engineering

- Works logisticsresources management

Commitment and optimization of allresources regarding planning, discharging duties for the “PLATO” interface,safeguard operating processes and adopt measures for this in order to reacha high degree of economic efficiency and generate cash and profit and guaranteea high degree of customer satisfaction

internally and externally.

- Bottleneck /Shortagesmanagement production plan/provision of components – disposition (LSK)

To guarantee the fulfilment of thecustomer’s order on the complete logistics chain from the supplier to theproduction to the customer incl. sales and distribution disposition inorder to achieve the satisfaction of internal and external customers bydelivery at the right time and in the requested quality and amount.

- Cost framework

To achieve the specified economictargets concerning costs / calculation of expenditure/ further charges by theeconomic use of the resources of humans and materials incl. purchased parts, inorder to be competitive on the European and world market.

- Project Management

To launch internal projects as a projectleader

Warehouse

- Packaging

Coordination and operativeadministration of the customer packaging with due regard to the correspondingHella standards

Others

- Market Observation/Analysis:

Bringing together and evaluating suppliers,in order to be able to find/develop alternative suppliers or achievecost

- Negotiations/Discussions:

Participation in internal and externalnegotiations / discussions in order to reduce costs, optimise processesbetween the supplier and the purchasing department and safeguard the interestsof the purchasing department by taking into account set dates/deadlines,quality, amounts and delivery conditions (including in project management).

It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
