职位描述：

For our Process Industries and Drives Division in YANGZHOU,we are looking for a Machining Process Engineer/机加工工艺工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

To check technically products parts and sign together

负责分管产品零部件的工艺性审查和会签

To make up process regulations, form or update relative technical documents, according to product drawings or technical requirement.

根据产品图纸或技术要求,制定工艺规程,编制或更新有关工艺文件

To design or update promptly obligatory technical equipment drawings according to product drawings or technical requirement, in order to achieve the purposes of reducing cost and guarantee quality with optimizing designs.

根据产品图纸或技术要求,及时设计或更新必须的工装图纸,并要求以最优化的设计达到减少成本保证质量的目的。

According to the department manager or process supervisor’s assignments, investigate the equipment or mould projects and do technological exchange; take part in check and accept and debugging.

按照部门经理或工艺主管的分工，对设备或模具等工程项目进行调研、技术交流，并参与验收和调试

To analyze equipment capacity and personnel capability for each procedure to provide decision-making proofs for making up producing plans, laying out equipment investigation and allocating producing personnel reasonably.

对各道工序进行设备能力和人员能力的分析，为生产计划制定、设备投资规划、生产人员合理配置提供决策依据

To offer technical services of products (parts), and solve the unexpected technical problems in production.

负责分管产品（零件）的技术服务，及时解决生产中出现的突发工艺问题

To offer support for standard time definition and Routing.

为标准时间定义和Routing定义提供技术支持

To instruct the production workers to understand process regulation(technological exchange).

为生产工人理解工艺规程提供指导(技术交底)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

熟悉电机产品的原理/Be familiar with motor principium

熟悉电机制造流程和制造工艺/Be familiar with motor manufacture procedure and manufacture techniques；

熟悉质量管理的方法和工具并能熟练运用/Be familiar with the method and tool of quality management and also can be proficient in using them

精益生产的相关知识 Lean production know how

熟悉机加工工艺/Be familiar with machining process

熟悉数控编程/Be familiar with CNC programming

熟悉刀具相关知识/Be familiar cutting tool knowledges

What else do I need to know?

能运用英语进行工作交流/Be able to use English in working ,be communication with Siemens colleague
