职位描述：
Financial Controller/中美合资制造型企业财务总监

Responsibilities/职责:
1. Manage routine work, include but not limited to control of cash, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory and etc.
负责公司财务日常工作，包括但不限于现金管理、应收/应付、固定资产、库存管理等。
2. Check payments and invoices (including staff’s reimbursement), and complete financial accounts and records accurately by using financial system.
核查付款申请和发票（包括员工报销），使用财务系统准确进行财务记账。
3. Cost analysis and reconcile for all internal cost report/forecast and China statutory financial reports timely and precisely.
按时准确完成内部成本分析/预算，提交工厂财务报告。
4. Handle VAT application/authentication, business tax declaration related work.
处理各项公司税务申报事宜。
5. Responsible for foreign exchange income and payable declaration on SAFE system, and complete tax-refund process.
负责外汇收入/支出申报和退税事宜。
6. Keep good relationship with tax/SAFE bureau and conduct annual audit.
建立和维护与税务局/外管局的业务关系，负责公司年度审计。
7. Establish and optimize internal accounting and financial policies and implement accordingly, make required financial statements and report to BoD and U.S. shareholders periodically.
建立并优化公司内部财务会计操作规程并进行管理与执行，制作财务分析报告并定期向董事会与美方股东汇报。
8. Other tasks assigned by superior.
公司和上级安排的其他工作。

Qualifications/资历要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting/Finance or equivalent is preferred.
本科学历，财务/金融相关专业优先。
2.Minimum 5 years relevant experience in foreign MNC or Joint Venture.
5年以上外企生产型公司相关工作经验。
3.Proficient in Office software and financial system.
熟练操作办公系统和财务软件。
4.Solid skill and experience in tax refund and tax issue.
有出口退税经验，能处理税务相关问题。
5.Good command of English reading and writing.
英语读、写能力优秀。
6.Sensitive in figure and excellent analytic/detail-oriented ability.
对数据敏感，注重细节，拥有优秀的逻辑和分析能力。
7.Can work independently and under pressure with honesty.
