Essential Duties:

Audit all expenditures and prepare the financial reports

Monitor cash flow and all banking transaction

Implements the financial policies

Supervises the organization's recruitment in Yangzhou

Develops and implements all compensation and benefit programs in Yangzhou

Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources in Yangzhou.

Fosters effective communication between employees and management

Deal with the daily operations of office administrative procedures

Develops office policies and controls administrative costs

Interacts with external consultants and government department

General Description:

The major responsibility of this position is to manage Yangzhou Office, this includes but not limited to financial management, compensation and benefit, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relation maintenance, and coordination with related governmental organizations.

Requirements:

University degree in relevant discipline.

Minimum 3 years' Office Management experience and 1~2 year in multinational company.

Solid knowledge in PRC labor law and other polices.

Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Good business acumen, the ability to drive change and a strong team player
