职位描述：
A Fault analysis / troubleshooting 故障分析与问题解答
1.Analyzing and diagnosing faults, using diagnosis systems and specifying the problems on complex tools and jigs using different technologies 分析和诊断故障，使用诊断系统及不同技术详诉复杂模具及夹具上的问题
2.Analyzing and eliminating the causes of faults, during the current production process if necessary 在现有生产工艺流程上分析并清除故障原因
3.Establishing and evaluating the actual state of the tools, determining the reasons for wear 建立和评估模具的实际状态，确定磨损的原因
4.Preparing a wear forecast and deriving the necessary consequences for future use 准备磨损预测并得出将来使用的必要后果
5.Defining the type and scope of problem and damage elimination (quality, costs, timing) 定义问题和损害消除的类型和范围（质量，成本，时间）
6.Preparing suggestions for eliminating weak spots and avoiding damage 提出消除薄弱点和避免损坏的建议

B Repairs, maintenance, servicing 维修，保养及服务
1.Replacing faulty components according to specifications and assisting with putting tools into operation 根据规格更换有故障的部件，并协助操作模具
2.Repairing faulty components taking economic points of view into account 从成本节约角度来进行模具维修
3.Carrying out difficult polishing work on tool parts with a wide range of different geometries and areas with high decorative requirements 必要时需进行较高难度的抛光工作
4.Preparing spare parts according to drawings, sketches and patterns 根据要求准备备件
5.Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repair work on tools and jigs according to existing maintenance plans and drawings 根据现有维修保养计划进行维修保养及其它服务
6.Preparing maintenance plans and coordinating measures to optimize maintenance, servicing and repair work (cycles, materials, expenditure) 准备维护计划和协调措施以优化维护，维修和维修工作（周期，材料和支出）

C Modification, improvement 修正及改进
1.Preparing difficult additional and auxiliary jigs on the basis of workshops and complaints in order to optimize production workflows, taking ergonomic and quality-related aspects into account
(drawings, sketches, verbal agreements) 在培训和投诉的基础上准备辅助夹具以优化生产工作流程，考虑人体工程学和质量相关方面（图纸，草图，口头协议）
2.Modifying difficult tools and jigs on the basis of operational or procedural necessities 在操作或程序必要性的基础上修改困难的模具和夹具
3.Preparing the necessary documentation and instructing operators if necessary 准备必要的文件并在必要时指导操作员

Requirements 任职要求:
1. College degree or above, mechanical, mold design and manufacturing or related major. 大专及以上学历，机械类专业
2. Up to 5 years related work experience, experience related to automotive field is preferable. 5年以上塑胶模具维修经验，有汽配行业经验者优先。
3. PC knowledge within the context of the tasks to be dealt with. Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of production technologies 懂基本的电脑操作；懂生产工艺及技术。 举报 分享
