职位描述：
QUALIFICATION 任职资格：

？ 3-5 years Industrial engineering experience
？ Bachelor degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or equivalent
？ Experience with the capacity planning, manufacturing systems design, VSM, Kanban System design is preferred
？ First hand knowledge of aluminum brazing, welding or forming is beneficial
？ Competence with MS Office software: Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and AUTO-CAD are required
？ Spoken and written English language skills are required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：
？ Responsible for the manufacturing system design to deliver production a completed system, such as how material flows, how keep process running smoothly, how many minimum WIP required, etc.
？ Capacity planning vs. customer demand, to figure out what/when equipment must be ready comparing with customer demand, and keep tracking on it once any equipment is kicked off.
？ Optimize plant layout
？ Standardize process cycle time;
？ Maintain routing in SAP to keep standard cycle time of each process accuracy;
？ Work with Maintenance Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer to define reasonable OEE for each equipment;
？ Capacity/ Investment/ Layout plan (current year plan& 5 years plan) update in accordance with Sale’s Forecast, New Program Status and Normal Production Plan, etc.;
？ Push forward plant manufacturing system to establish and optimize;
？ Continuous improvement: work with manufacturing engineer to improve C/T and eliminate 7 wastes;
？ Communication with other Modine locations for sharing of lessons learned and best practices;
？ Training of production operators and technicians in Industrial engineering knowledge;
？ Comply with Modine safety regular and national safety requirement, like LOTO, EHS, and OHSA;
