任职资格：
1、已婚优先；
2、大学本科及以上，汽车、机械等相关专业背景，具备CAD绘图能力从优；
3、3年以上商用车工作经验，熟悉商用车市场，特别是中重卡市场；
4、能经常出差；
5、工作积极主动，有很强的目标意识；
6、性格外向，具有良好的市场开拓能力及沟通能力；
7、熟练使用办公软件；
8、人员户籍不限，扬州地区从优，工作地为西安、北京等。
Immediate Supervisor: BU GM for Cylinder

Direct Report: Product Manager, Assistant to Director (3), Marketing Executive

Leadership:
Leading a team of marketing professionals to build the marketing strategy and implement the action plan.

Key Experiences
The candidates need to have experience in commercial vehicle industry/ Earth Moving Equipment/ Heavy Machinery/truck manufacturers or components suppliers providing parts or service to truck manufacturers.

Requirement
Technical background, automobile with machinery industry experience
Experience in senior position for commercial vehicle and or components for commercial vehicles

Responsibilities
The Marketing function covers the 2 business units (waste management and hydraulic cylinder)
Market development and channel management
