-For our Process Industries and Drives Division in YANGZHOU,we are looking for a 质量监督工程师/Quality Supervision Engineer.

What are my responsibilities?

-主导或协助其他部门和车间对生产过程中产生的不良问题进行统计、分析、改进和追踪

-主导或协助其他部门的项目工作有序的发展，并对质量改进项目进行跟踪确认

-协助质量主管编制测试规范和控制流程

-持续改进理念

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-熟练使用质量相关工具（例如8D/4D/QC手法/鱼骨图/FEMA/6sigame等）

-了解相关的质量管理体系

-能够使用基本检验工具和有电机装配工艺的经验者优先

-有一定的质量改进项目的管理经验

-能熟练使用word、excel、PPT等办公软件

What else do I need to know?

-机械相关专业本科及以上学历

-英语熟练，具有一定的听说读写能力
